I purchased a corn dog waffle maker and when I used it for the first time, the top will not heat up above 100 degrees. Your customer service is telling me to ship it from Florida to California and you will "fix it for free". SHIPPING WILL COST ME MORE THAN A NEW ITEM! Why are you not standing behind your products??? I have let everyone in my food truck group (37,584 members) know how terrible you treat your customers.

Too much amps for one plug. Should be split. Just kept tripping my breakers no matter what I tried to do

Has been 2 weeks and I have not received my product. Absolutely nobody that could help me on the phone. Horrible customer service

Don’t know how to properly work the machine. There was no handbook included. Went on the website but couldn’t find any reference to a handbook or how to use information. Left message on the suppliers website but no one has responded.
