Unit in place for two weeks, had to replace thermostat, luckily I kept old unit and replaced thermostat.

Have purchased 2 different items. First one ,waffle maker...arrived un damaged, working beautifully. Excellent workhorse, very happy. 2nd purchase, mini donut machine. Arrived with box basically destroyed. Missing parts,scratched and dented, very poor instructions, missing screws, poor wiring connections, parts that had no explanation. It seems like a robust machine...but so far,I can't use it for the missing . Very unhappy with this purchase..

My team begged for a waffle maker for the ice cream shop and so we moved forward with ALD based on reviews. But man, this thing has sucked from day 1. Less than 2 months in and I’m looking for a new one.

We ordered 2 bags of batter mix and when they arrived, 1 bag was busted open in the box. I emailed customer support concerning the bag being busted during shipping and how I was unable to use it. I asked if we could get a credit for the open bag or have a replacement bag shipped out. No one from customer support has responded. Very disappointing

Well a little bit disappointed because I thought the pan was bigger. It says it holds two point two pounds. This part's not true the reason I'm upset is cuz if I would have known that I would have bought the double instead of just having one. The quality of the machine is great I have to say that much I just wish I had a chance to buy two of them now for the price that was on the website. Little late now
