I received my taiyaki machine and it was slightly damaged but keeping in mind it travelled through several hands before getting to me. The box was roughed up and the styrofoam m was in tiny pieces. The machine however works great! I love it!

My chocolate warming machine arrived without an indicator showing the selected temperature, for some unexplainable reason. After several emails back and forth, I now understand and will mark the spot with a permanent marker and the machine will work perfectly for my purposes.

We recieved the refurbished hotdog waffle maker it works just fine but we will go next time for new instead of refurbished you definitely see it is refurbished and with this particular machine I believe it is used before even if ALD claims refurbished items are never been used. Like I said nothing wrong with the machine but it is definitely used before.

Shipping was very prompt and product was packaged well. No damage! Product works as stated but the big disappointment is the very, very poor instructions. They are obviously written in China and the pictures are pretty much worthless. If ALD would rewrite the instructions and add good pics that would help a lot.
