Shipping was very prompt and product was packaged well. No damage! Product works as stated but the big disappointment is the very, very poor instructions. They are obviously written in China and the pictures are pretty much worthless. If ALD would rewrite the instructions and add good pics that would help a lot.

The waffle dog machine is great, the bubble waffle maker is a bit wobbly and the wire shielding was loose and had to be fixed before we used it. It does cook well just feels unstable and hard to flip. Handles could use a latch to keep them tight together.

We have been ordering replacement waffle molds from you for over two years. Shipping is always fast and we love that! Ordering is way easier now that your website has been updated! It looks great! I feel like the hardware that you send with the bubble waffle molds is not necessary. What we need are the 8 replacement screws that hold the metal plates on on each side. Those ones get really gross. We make hundreds of waffles per week and never have to change out the handle screws or the screw that holds the plates together.
