Very pleased with my first Albany Park experience.

Easy ordering and delivery. Easy to assemble.

It took longer than expected to deliver the product. I ordered beacuse of the aesthetics and because the owners stated that delivery time would be expedient. It was not. But the product is so well made and quality that I feel it was worth the wait. The delivery men were proffesional and careful. The long wait was due to the delivery companies scheduling. They scheduled three different times. They didn't tell me the times were not accurate and subject to change. I actually had to cancel an appointment and reschedule which was rather inconvenient. I accommodated them instead of the other way around. I love my sofa so much. I forgive them. Still makes me irritated to think about though.
