I had been couch shopping for 3 months trying to find the perfect one. I looked at many popular online retailers and finally went with the kova grand u shape in birch. I like how Albany park gives all the measurements so it was easy to plan out for the room I was putting it in. It came in 12 boxes and we had to assemble ourselves because I bought it during a sale and didn’t need it until I moved to my new home, so it sat for a bit. Me and my 14 year old son assembled it in about an hour. If you’re assembling yourself, I would recommend having a rubber mallet to get the arms & backs in tightly. If you can use yours right away, I’d suggest doing white glove delivery and just have someone else set it up. The boxes are very large and there is a lot of plastic packing material so it would be easier to just have someone haul it away do you. The couch is so buttery soft and very deep. I am 5’5” and just sitting on the seat regular, the edge of the cushion hits mid calf. The back pillows are very soft, you sink in almost like down but they have more support than a feather filling gives. If you’re debating, you won’t be disappointed with this couch!
