Shipping was nearly perfect. I waited a few weeks to get an update on when it would be shipped and what the process would look like on delivery day. However, once they contacted me it was the easiest and most luxurious experience! I’ve never felt so taken care of during a delivery. Usually I feel like a burden or like my money has already been spent so the company couldn’t care less, but that is not the case here. They made this process as easy as possible for me and I didn’t have to lift a finger! Being able to schedule the delivery took such a weight off of my chest as I was originally worried I’d have to take time off from work to assist the delivery. I truly couldn’t be happier.

I am absolutely obsessed with my Barton. I was struggling between choosing a couch from all other competitors and im so happy I chose Albany Park. I want to mention that we were looking for a couch sturdy to sit two people that are over 175lbs and a 100lb dog. Most couches these days arent built for larger people/pets.

The couch is deep and very comfortable. Love the soft material and color.

Excellent, I’ve been searching for a good sturdy couch. I find that the compressed pop-up sofas don’t do it for me at all. I need a couch with a backbone & support. Albany Park knocked it out the box. Love this couch.
