We received our AirDoctor’s in 1week, from ordering them. We pulled them out of the box and plugged them in, Bam! Done! They started cleaning the Air!!!!!!!

Love Air Doctor. Twice now they have sent me the incorrect filters, which is a pain to send them back. Not sure what is the problem. But the company always fixes it. The items are great quality.
