Clarifion

I sent an email to clarify to let him know that I only received two filters instead of three. It was not even the day they got back with me and let me know that they was going to be sending another one. They treated the situation very good and felt was very satisfied.

I really like the product -- I have several, but I have 2 that don't work anymore -- can I send them back or what do I do
