Wow! What an incredible "old fashioned" company founded on customer service and their products. I needed a custom size mattress for my motorhome and had looked everywhere. Then came upon them, experienced a quality salesperson who helped me, no pressure, just genuine help. After I ordered I received a call it had been shipped, then another call from CFO to see how I liked it and if it worked out. That's unheard of in this world today. Finally was able to open box and place on base. As they said, it would take a few hours to expand. Expand it did and fit like a glove. What a great experience from first call to receiving it.
