This pillow is great for side sleepers, back sleeper and support for your neck. It is a bit large and definitely heavy. But worth the investment!

The idea that you can remove the stuffing to help adjust the pillow to you rather than you to the pillow is mind blowing science! It was purchased for my other half which greatly appreciates more restful nights.

I am thrilled with my new side sleeper pillow. I have had immediate relief from my neck pain and I no longer wake up with a headache and stiff neck. I heard about Eli& Elm pillows through a Google search and since the pillow got great reviews I thought I would spend the money and try the side sleeper pillow.
