The side sleeper pillow is very comfortable and has definitely relieved my neck pain. The covering is incredibly cozy and I love how I sink into the pillow yet feel supported. I had to remove a large amount of the stuffing initially to get the pillow to be the fit for me - but it was not difficult. The one disappointment was the case that I bought - it really does not fit your pillow. Therefore I am just using the covering and having to wash it each week. I'm not sure if you can buy additional covers - but I will check so that I can have at least one spare.

In my quest for relief of chronic neck pain, I have tried pillows of various shapes, sizes and textures (even, God forgive me, a MyPillow). Among these many candidates, the Side Sleeper stands alone. I will not sleep without it again.

I could stand for the height to be an inch or so higher, but I have very broad shoulders and am an exclusive side sleeper. I still gave 5 stars because it’s the best pillow I’ve ever owned.
