This is by far the best pillow I have ever owned. I am a side sleeper and this pillow gives just the right volume where it’s needed. I no longer have to stack pillows in various ways! Love, love, love it!! Worth every penny!!

I have neck issues and have never found a pillow that worked well for me until I got this one. I'm totally a side sleeper. I would wake up with headaches and neck pain, but after one day of using this pillow, it was miraculous. No pain or headaches. Worth the price big time and I never thought anyone needed to pay for pillow, seemed pointless. My desperation made me give it a try it was amazing results.

I came across my Eli & Elm pillow by searching reviews online. I was intrigued by the cutout design and the fact that you can adjust the fill level to dial in the firmness. Everything I read turned out to be true. After a couple of days sleeping on it, I decided to remove some fill because it was pretty firm and it seemed like it was tilting my head too much. The timing of this review request was good because I just recently removed a little more of the fill and now it’s one of if not the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. The cutout really helps. It does what they say when you sleep on your side but it also helps with my shoulders. Even when I lay on my back. It makes it easy to lift the corners putting them over the shoulders allowing my shoulders to be flat on the bed while my head is perfectly cradled. I’ve had multiple shoulder surgeries in the past. I didn’t realize how much my old regular pillow put pressure on my shoulders until I had a pillow that didn’t. It was easy to order and the best price I found was directly on the Eli & Elm site. I had a lot of anticipation waiting for it to arrive but it was worth it. I would (actually already have) recommend this pillow to others. I have to get one for my Mom.

Excellent so far, it could certainly be a correlation and not a causal relationship but I am waking up with a lot fewer headaches.

I am mostly a side sleeper. I have searched and tried several pillows over the years. Most of the pillows would cause neck pains. This pillow causes no pain. I love how I feel when I wake up. I am painless and refreshed! I am ready to face any challenges each day! I am thrilled with this purchase! My daughters and son in laws will benefit from my gift of purchase. They will be as thrilled as me when they open their birthday pillow! A lovely invention!
