I am one of those who need a precisely fit pillow for a good sleep. Recently I spent some time looking for one after I found the existing pillow was no longer supporting my neck. While I was checking several websites to see an alternative pillow, I found Eli and Elm. However, before I made the final decision, I needed to read New Yorker magazine article. Thank you for making the excellent pillow.

Finally, a pillow that works. I've had two neck fusions and many, many pillows later found the perfect one. I've adjusted it twice (taking out some of the massive stuffing) and love it! Tiny issue is that the zipper is hung on the whatever-you-call-it side seam but I'm able to squeeze my hand in for the adjustments.

After about a year of sleeping on it, my side sleeper pillow has gotten less firm. Getting the pillow case has completely changed things, and keeps my pillow as firm as I like it. The sateen material is cool and comfortable.
