Shoulder and neck pain is down considerably. It's just the most comfortable pillow I've ever had and does not collapse after use!

I am mildly obsessed with my side sleeper pillow . I will take it with me to other places I'm sleeping because I find it is so comfortable and supportive to sleep with. I did end up buying the pillow case because regular pillow cases don't really fit around it properly. Overall the website was easy to navigate, received order confirmation quickly and item was delivered easily.

I tried their pillow but after 2 weeks I realized that it was too big for my neck. I easily returned the pillow with my explanation and they gave me a full refund. That is the sign of an excellent company!
