The order was easy, the boxes were packed very well except for one arrived open and delivery guy made a note, but I had no damage . Called the company and the young lady emailed me a link to report any damage . Very happy with my pink chairs. Delivery was only to my garage they do not break down box or take inside but I asked them to deliver everything to garage. I broke the boxes and carried the chairs into house . Very little assembly just the legs which are located underneath the seat along with the tools. Overall great delivery.
