Although I am new to my Swiss Diamond pan and haven’t fully formed my opinion I am initially impressed. One of my impressions was heating the pan until I had an Infrared temperature reading of 375F. degrees. Placing a steak on the pan without any oil and getting a great sear without any sticking to the pan. I believe this sears better than when using oil. I had the same good results when searing 3 pounds of ground beef for a big batch of Tacos. The thermal heating seems very even when cooking bacon. So far you have and “A+” from me.
