I bought the wrong covered large sauce pan, and had to return it for a refund so that I could buy the size I wanted. SwissDiamond made it easy by sending a RMA return shipping label super fast. I bought the one I wanted and paid installments via "Shop". When I got my new pan, I accidently dropped the lid upside down on to the kitchen time floor, it landed on valve, shattering the glass. I wrote Swiss Diamond customer service, asking how to reorder the lid. They were prompt and super friendly. Not only did Lisa from customer service sens me the exact clickable link to order my replacement lid, Lisa also gave me a coupon to help out. Great service at every step!!!!
