360 Cookware

I received this pan on the eve of July 4. Immediately I make a baked ziti dish. Just before placing it in the oven, we had a squall blow trough and knocked out our power for 36 hours. So, I baked the dish on my Weber grill with indirect heat. Beautiful results. This pan has been in service since from casseroles and hot dishes to using it as a salad bowl and a mixing bowl. With a silicone lid on it we brazed country style ribs on the slow cooker base. This is a workhorse of a mixing/cooking/serving bowl and it looks great on every table we set, casual or formal. I even use it as a small wok for fried rice. I highly recommend it. It still looks great and we’re always coming up with new ways to use it. I was so impressed that I just ordered the 9x13 roasting pan. These pieces will definitely be around for a very long time and I expect them to become heirlooms.
