1st in Coffee

Haven’t tried it yet since I’ve been traveling nonstop since it arrived. I did take it out and it looks used. Definitely not new. Emailed customer service and still waiting for a reply. Has all these weird white scuff marks and even beside that it doesn’t look brand new.

They took my order quickly. They sent the elektra micro casa out promptly. Once i called because the machine had rust on it. They heard my concern. And said they would get back to me. Never to be heard from Again. Now thats annoying.

I never received our order. It stated wrong address but the correct one was in. No phone call to notify that it was sent back. I have tried contacting multiple times with email and phone. No luck.

I bought a refurbished and wasn’t working when received followed instructions did everything i was supposed to do. Called didn’t get pick up. Emailed never heard back very disappointing
