So far the experience has been great. Both prior to the first pickup and during. Makespace was attentive to my information requests and request for additional bin bags. During the move the team was early and fast.

Very detailed oriented staff, did a great job of moving our items and appliances. I will absolutely be hiring your team again!

I had an arrival window of 8-11, and the crew arrived right around 8:30. They were completely done loading the truck by 11:15! They took extra care with wrapping up and protecting my belongings, which was most appreciated. My household goods will be in storage for the next couple of months, so I can’t comment about delivery services yet, but I’m thoroughly satisfied with the pick-up.
