MakeSpace

I have been extremely impressed with MakeSpace so far. The customer service has been excellent, and the reservation process was straightforward and clear. I was especially glad that the moving team was so efficient and organized. With the stress of moving, it was reassuring to know the MakeSpace team had it taken care of. I also love the technology, how all the items are labeled with a QR code and cataloged in the app.

Scheduling an appointment was very fast and website was easy to navigate. Overall fantastic communication! I received a call within 24 hours confirming my appointment and next day received a text from the drivers within an hour of pick up. They were very professional and moved items into the truck within 15 minutes. I then received a confirmation once my items were stored. Overall, this has been the easiest storage/moving service I've ever had.

Kevin, Domenic, and Tonnie did an incredible job. However, there was some miscommunications between HR/customer service. Otherwise, they were excellent.
