The Service was overall good. Unloading personnel were experts and took everything out within 90-100 minutes (from 2nd floor) , without issues. The only negative thing i could mention (if any) , is that maybe the unloading personnel could be a bit “happier” while doing so. P.s.: Customer Service from Alex , before before and after booking was exceptional!

The pick up was done with great care and thank you for all you do for us.
