Everything about our move out went great! We love the "bags & bins" method of packing. The team lead, Aaron, was great, as was the rest of the team (6 men in total!). They wrapped large items very well. Reserving final judgment until we get our stuff back out of storage in a few months, but for now, very impressed!

At this point I've had one large pick up done. Communication with setting up the appointment and confirming was so easy. I had a few questions along the way and got immediate text or phone responses. The team who arrived to pick up my items was efficient and friendly. I only hope my delivery of items back to me in a few months goes as well! 5 stars at this point.

Cory, Ben, and Jesus did awesome job! They were so very courteous and helpful. Very respectful when handling my furniture and fragile items. They came prepared to work!

Working with MakeSpace was so incredibly easy! They did pretty much everything and were super flexible from the time I booked my appointment until they were done in my apartment. They wrapped everything thoroughly and were very efficient on time.
