Really good to deal with. Product was good quality and as advertised. Customer support was fast and helpful!

Regular happy purchaser of ABI products however the onsite collections and returns process needs to be reviewed. The time it takes for staff through no fault of their own to process any returns even when accompanied with completed on line return paperwork it takes an AGE! I don’t want my builder standing there for half an hour. That’s like a $70 exercise if I don’t take it back myself. A more streamlined process would be definitely be appreciated.
