Extremely empresses with the customer

Extremely empresses with the customer service. Loved the Matt white hooks and tap wear but extremely disappointed with the toilet roll holder. It is not stable and cannot be tightened enough maintain its stability. So it is 5 stars for everything except the toilet roll holder which would be a 1 ⭐️
