Response time not as good as it was and issue I have not yet finally resolved

Was disappointed that my plant was not available until June when the order form said it was in stock… but that aside, I was please with the fulsome reply I received and the courteous manner in which it was written.

Trees came as described. Value for money. No problems with delivery

Garden pots creaked when delivered but Primrose had new ones delivered within 24 hours. Very happy thank you

The plants ordered took longer to be delivered than initially advertised and there was no support from the customer support team. However the plants themselves were delivered in good condition and well packaged
