I purchased some equipment from Primrose over three years ago, which had functioned withoput problem until very recently. I discovered a possible fault and contacted primrose who immediately responded via email, giving me some advice, which required I use some equipment provided with the original purchase. Unfortunatley I had lost this equipment. I emailed back and Primrose immediately sent a free replacement. After three years I call this excellent service. Thanks to all at Primrose

She very quickly traced my original order and identified the correct style and colour. I paid over the phone and the goods arrived 2 days later. A very efficient and impressive experience.
