Purchased a 5m x 3m manual awning. Needed four of us to lift onto the wall hinges as the awning was very heavy. Screws missing but very helpful staff had them delivered within 2 days. I arranged a local professional to install and align. Overall 25% of cost including fitting of some firms out there. Nice product which looks great. Very pleased.
