From when we first had contact with Primrose, everything has been excellent service. When someone says they are going to ring you back, they do with all of the information required. Delivery of the Tulip Tree and Myrtle tree was excellent with both trees very well packed. They have kept us up to date with the delivery of the Tree ferns. I am now waiting until January when the Tree ferns are scheduled to arrive. I have no reason to think any other aspect of their service will be any different from what I have already experienced.

Great customer service thanks

I was a little worried about not being able to pick my own tree this year due to an accident I can't drive. Primrose delivered the most beautiful Christmas Tree I have ever had. The delivery driver was so sweet and offered to bring it in for me as well.

I am most impressed with the service response to my concern regarding a failed dry root cherry tree. Primrose did not hesitate to replace the tree which arrived as promised and has now been replanted back into my garden. Patrick Whitty
