Excellent service Primrose went above and beyond in customer service. I ordered the wrong length awning that was already out for delivery. Primrose contacted the driver and cancelled the delivery, refunding me the next day. Ordered the correct length and delivered on time.

Great customer service

I inadvertently submitted the same order twice. Phoned Primrose who immediately rectified the order, returned the money and sent out the correct rose which was received for my mother very quickly. Highly recommended and will use Primrose again. Many Thanks Bob
