Having changed my mind on the delivery address and speaking to customer services to arrange this, when the shrub was delivered to the original address by the courier, not only were Primrose extremely helpful and apologetic and offered me a refund or a resend (which I chose). A healthy and lovely shrub, well packed, was sent to the correct address and in time for Christmas. So we were both very happy. That is Christmas spirit and excellent customer service. Thank you.

I ordered a ruby wedding clematis for my sister's 40th anniversary on 18th December. It arrived today 17th so pleased it was on time. Customer service is also very helpful.

I have only just started purchasing from Primrose this year but cannot praise them enough, lovely healthy plants, shrubs and trees, well packed, healthy and fast delivery.
