Great response from Primrose after 2 of the 3 large plant pots I ordered arrived with damage. I sent a photo and by return, so to speak, had the promise of replacements within a few days. They arrived ahead of estimate, so in less than a week I have had a delivery and a replacement delivery - not far short of miraculous.

dreadful service still a week late and not arrived after 2 calls to contact centre - staff no help at all - promised delivery that never happened , no refund to date - DO NOT TRUST AVOID AT ALL COSTS
