Cary S was the winning solution!! He LISTENED, was on top of our order through the delivery process, and followed up to be sure it went okay and we were pleased. The delivery folks were on time, neat, polite and assembled the furniture carefully and effectively. A nice touch was receiving the mail identifying the two delivery guys along with their pictures. We will be back...and looking for Cary.

Everyone was very friendly & helpful both at the showroom and during the delivery! I would highly recommend Kane's to anyone looking for new furniture.

Gabrielle was awesome however I am a bit dissatisfied with the furniture. It is cheaply made which is my fault for not researching better. I had bought quality from you 17 years ago and guess expected the same. Also, we had a problem with tiny ants when we first got our furniture delivered. When the delivery guy brought the rest of our furniture (Jose) I asked him if the warehouse had ants and he said yes.
