We purchased lamps and they were ordered directly from the manufacturer. Our sales service was excellent and they went out of their way for us, which we very much appreciated. The lamps were ordered directly from the manufacturer, but unfortunately one had a major defect. The store made it right quickly by giving us one from the floor. The store manager was very accommodating, and we got some great deals on some decor items.

Everything came as promised, and the delivery personnel were very professional.
