Everything went smoothly from the Great Sales Experience with your rep Paula.. to the delivery but.... one peace ( it is being addressed ) is not to satisfaction and we have someone scheduled to come here tuesday to see about ironing it out.. if not to satisfaction then the peace wont be in til end of October?? .
