Martin's service at the store was excellent. The delivery team was polite and professional. The customer service regarding my missing handle has been a challenge. First I received the wrong color and now have been told to wait 6-8 weeks for the proper handle. Proper handle should have been sent with the original order.

Very dissatisfied with customer service from Dawn. Purchased several items some on back order, and then found out she never charged me for part of my order. Was not willing to offer a discount other than the 20% you were already advertising. Also, when I picked up a large load of furniture, they left a bar stool off the truck. I had to return to the warehouse, where they just set the bar stool in front of me - didn't offer to load it. It started out great when I was buyng, but not when purchasing. I never fill these reviews out, but definitely felt strong enough about the situation to do this one.
