I have purchased from Kanes
I have purchased from Kanes over the years many many items. This last purchase was not the same experiences I’ve always had. Kanes is a wonderful store to shop I wasn’t looking to spend a lot of money, I found the perfect chair in your clearance center as my sales person
Tried to get it to work, and it wouldn’t work, so he had the store people work on the next day and the following day the crew worked on it and I was told that they couldn’t get it going and it was the chair I really wanted. The salesman sent me a text message the next morning that the before he got into work, someone had already sold the chair and it’s gone. My question was why wasn’t my name put on it as I asked so that this wouldn’t happen. There was never any more calls or texts from my sales person Mel.
When the delivery man came to deliver the sleeper sofa,it had two grease spots on the arms, he told me they were already there when he picked it up, which I know was a damn lie, as I had taken the cushions off and looked it over with the store manager when I went to Clearwater to see it. I asked Mr Pervis why they were not covered with something so this wouldn’t happen, and he said I didn’t ask for it to be covered. I just spent $1000 with your company, and the gross incompetence of the salesman, the moving person. I may have only bought 2 clearance items, but NEVER had this service before. I have furnished 3 houses over the years from Kanes, and miscellaneous pieces as well, and never had this experience ever!
