Excellent service always

I wouldn't usually bother writing reviews, but ABI were fantastic to deal with, one of my packages (which included the inwall breech needed by my plumber for pre pipe) was lost in the post, when I notified customer service they had a new package on the way within a couple hours, can not fault their customer service. The website is also fantastic and very easy to order from. As a builder I had used their products before on other bathrooms, the quality is great and very high end, without the ridiculous price. I only wish there was a multi bar, towel rail in the Kingsley style

Excellent product and delivery wasn't too bad considering it was leading into christmas.
