I purchased the sofa in Teal, but when it went through, the receipt said Azure. The site was saying it was out of my color choice. Panic is understatement. Immediately called customer service. Kathleen helped me get it straightened out and followed up to every email within just a few hours. Sure enough my TEAL sofa arrived, and fast too. I could not be happier. Service was great and the sofa. While firm it is wonderful, comfortable and solid. My cousinmade the pillows. I just feel happy every time I look at it. You can feel and see the quality. I usually don't do reviews until at least 6months or a yr. But I truly feel this sofa is going to stand the test of time.
