Shipping was only about a week and customer service was very helpful. The only thing you have to remember they require a photo ID in order to put in your order. I had a badge from volunteering at the hospital, it had my name and picture on it and they accepted it.

Easy to schedule delivery date, responsive customer service. I only wish that Casa One would stop working with FedEx, which was so rough with my nightstand that the first one came completely repackaged and the second one was tossed onto my porch with a loud thud.
