Poor replacement policies for defective products.
Product came defective - I let customer service know and the responses have been slow. We also had to provide photographic proof of defect and when I did, was told we couldn't be sent a new chair, but instead only certain parts, and that it would take 10 business days to be processed. We've now been without a 4th chair for our dining set for over a month which is a major disappointment. I do not think I will order through this company again.
