Feather

I am not happy with my products. They were not what I had hoped for. I thought the rug was going to be larger. Both lamps are poor quality. And I am only happy with the bedside table. I would like to return the items and get refunded. I am not very happy with my experience.

Feather has been such a positive experience all the way down the line. Having a good selection of furniture we got a great fit for our new home. The service was delightful. Helping out with gentle reminders of dates and steps. The delivery was very professional and courteous. The quality of the furniture was right on par with what we were looking for.

Super impressed with delivery and set up. The team was quickly and friendly. Quality of the furniture is great - looks brand new.

Feather is a company I was introduced to through a guy I dated. He’s entire apartment was furnished by them and I remember adoring the setting. Now that I moved to my own studio apartment I looked into renting my main furniture from them. The entire experience from choosing to chatting with customer support and for the delivery and aftercare was just perfect. I only have good things to day. I felt valuable since the first interaction and the move in day was a dream - never thought I’d feel so relaxed on my move in day. They were super respectful of the buildings rules and regulations and were extremely pleasant and professional. Loved it. My only note would be that I’d love to see more options on the website. If it was up to me, I’d furnish the entire studio with Feather but the collection is pretty limited. Other than that, THE BEST COMPANY.
