Feather

For 3 years now, my husband and I never had furniture in our apartment, except for our bed. We never were too fond of owning furniture. We try our best to live a minimal lifestyle. We hated the idea of buying furniture only to get rid of it in 5 years when we grew tired of looking at the same thing day to day. We also don't like the idea of lugging around all our furniture every time we move. Hubby and I also agreed that both our styles change, we appreciate mid century modern, modern, industrial living, & scandinavian design and so when we stumbled across Feather we were ecstatic! We're able to change our style from year to year for FREE without feeling guilty for throwing away furniture we've spent big bucks on. Feather allows us to change our taste in design without committing, which is what we love most. We got 3 living room pieces and a dining set package for LITERALLY nothing a month. Feather is a game changer for sure. Not only is their furniture and concept great, the delivery process and the team were quick, friendly, and thorough. Aviana was so friendly. The two men (didn't get their names, bad memory) were swift with setting up the dining table which was great that day. My husband and I needed to go to a wine shop to pick up a bottle as a gift and they closed at 8pm that night. Aviana and her team came around 6:30 and they left at 7:15 which gave us MORE than enough time to get the booze. I did a little research on tipping the delivery team before they arrived and found that tipping isn't necessary, however, they were sooooooo good at their job, they were friendly, and our dog loved them so we tipped them 40 bucks. By far, the best thing we have spent our money on this year! OH! And the support I got online with my account manager from Feather was amazing and knowledgable as well! Thanks Lindsey! This was my first time using Feather and I absolutely love it! The furniture seems brand new and the delivery service was fantastic. Additionally, through the subscription you get paired with an account manager who helps you with any questions/concerns you have throughout the whole process. Highly recommend for those who don't want to be bound down to specific furniture!

Hello! Apologies on the delayed feedback. Thank you for all your help, flexibility, and instant support. We had a personal financial scare and had to cancel suddenly. All is well and we are looking to restart this process this week. We want to use Feather to get a jump start on a life we want to shift towards in NYC. It’s been many years in a space with pieces all so borrowed and transient. Now we’re ready to build a home to help two weary workers rest their tired backs properly so we can hustle on the next day. Thank you for what we anticipate to be a life-changing option for a family getting back on their feet and aspiring towards big things. Feather saved us when we found ourselves without a sofa days before our family was arriving for a visit. And the customer service is outstanding!
