Ordered a sofa bed and side table. Great fast delivery. Great products.

Now let's see..when was the last time I was so happy to get a delivery? As being skeptical of a new "subscription style" furniture, I was quite hesitant (but so intrigued) at first. It was too good to be true, right?! But having two kids and a long distance move, the budgets were already tight to have a lump sum of money to buy things I really liked..so, I gave it a try. Great customer service? check. Nice selection of furnitures? check. Cute..ahem professional delivery staff? check. Well, my husband agrees so it's legit. Overall it's been a week but I already made an additional order after the excitement of the first batch, I am more than happy to be part of the Feather family!!

Furniture looks great. Movers were very helpful and careful. Felt like it should.

Super smooth process to deliver and set up the furniture.

It’s not often that I have a perfect experience but I have to say my experience with feather was pretty much perfect. From ordering it online simply and quickly all the way up to the Communication before delivery during delivery and follow up . One of the delivery team employees I was concerned about some Furniture being too large for the room but installed it anyways and kindly let me know the process if I did end up wanting to return it for something else. Most of the times I’ve ever dealt with delivery installation teams, They couldn’t wait to just be done and leave but feathers team wanted to make sure that I was satisfied before they left that means a lot to me
