Shout out to Feather from start to finish. The delivery crew was about 30 minutes late (after their estimated delivery window). It’s NYC so you learn to “bake-in” the unexpected. That said, and once the items were off loaded, the delivery process was seamless. The furniture fits perfectly and I’ve gotten so many compliments on what really was home styling at the click of a button. Way to go Feather. Thanks.

Last week, I had my first of what I expect to be many experiences with Feather. The team was friendly, worked quickly, and exceeded my expectations. I work as a furniture dealer professionally, and I can say with all sincerity that Feather's service is absolutely top notch.
