Pleasantly surprised by how easy and straightforward the process was. I did have questions after placing my order and customer service was quick to respond and helpful. Being able to choose a delivery date took a lot of stress off my move and I really appreciated the two hour delivery window. Ntia/T (our delivery guys) were amazing! They got all the furniture up to the second floor of my loft (which is accessible by literally just a ladder) and they set everything up in a breeze. All the furniture that we ordered was in brand new condition.

So fast and simple. Super easy to work with, no issues at all. Furniture looks amazing!

From picking out my pieces to having them in my living room took less than 3 days. Feather is a great option if you want beautiful, high quality stuff. The fact that they deliver and set it all up also makes it great. I've only had it for a few weeks so can't comment on long-term benefits yet, but ease of purchase and setup was top notch

I think this concept is really a great idea. I'm glad I found it. Delivery process was smooth. There was damage to one item (fault of the manufacturer, not Feather), and it was quickly replaced a few days later at no additional charge. Looking forward to additional offerings and styles. We had just relocated to a new apartment and were unsure of what type of table and chairs would look best in the space -- we rented some from Feather they arrive with no problem and we are OBSESSED. I now recommend it to everyone I know!
