East ordering and great service. Furnitures look exactly as I expected. Delivery was prompt. Makes my life much easier!

I think overall the service was good! My first order was delayed due to a storm and although quoted a later delivery time for the 2nd/ rescheduled delivery, the folks arrived about 3 hours earlier. I was away from the apartment and did have to rush back to the apartment in order to honor the 20 minute wait window Feather has in place. I was a bit frustrated and wish it was something that was communicated in advance earlier that morning. I was a bit shocked since the communication up until that point was great! Consistent and efficient. The two folks who dropped off the dresser were extremely careful and did a great job handling the item with care.
