So far everything is very smooth!

I’m pleased with the quality of the furniture and the delivery staff were very professional.

Customer service was helpful throughout the process. The delivery went smoothly and quickly.

The delivery people came at the proper time. They were friendly and professional and careful with the furniture. I did not like that the furniture was wrapped in a lot of plastic. I would hope that Feather would be more environmentally conscious and find a better way to protect the furniture.
