Since I've only bought one pool in my lifetime, I have nothing to compare my experience with the Pool Factory. So, I have to say y'all have been outstanding in terms of how your website is structured for selecting a pool and associated equipment, how you handled damaged and incorrect parts received in our delivery, and how you've called back the next day after I posted numerous questions on your help pages. I think you run a first-rate business and highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy a pool online.
