Excellent customer service. Shipped out really quick. Delivery company was extremely courteous and called me ahead of time so that I could meet them for delivery. Very pleased!

The Pool factory shipped fast as promised. Difficulties arose once the pool arrived in our state. The state company dud not have shipping service except for once per week. When my pool did not arrive by the 10th day, I contacted the phone number provided, only to find out that they were the "middle" shipping company and was then provided with the phone number to my state shipping company. Customer service in my state was sub par to say the least! After multiple phone calls to them, my pool was finally delivered in a truck with a broken hoist. The poor driver had to break down the ton of boxes and take each box individually off of the truck. Fortunately we had help on this end, or the pool would have been returned to their depot.
